Be sure and ship in a way that you feel comfortable with because we will not take responsibility for any jeans that are lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
We also reserve the right to deny services to any jean that is beyond our ability to repair properly. Sometimes even our magic isn't enough! But we will do our very best!
There are no refunds on jeans that have been patched.
