Shipping
Jean Therapy Online usually ships using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days), within 1-2 business days of your order. Smaller sized purchases might be shipped flat rate priority mail via the USPS. Customers have the option to expedite orders with three-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge.

Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground: Free shipping on domestic orders
               over $200
               $9.00 for orders less than $200

3-Day: $20
2-Day: $28
Overnight: $45

International Shipping:
All international orders ship USPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.

International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days through the USPS. International customers will be given shipping options and charged accordingly.

Sales Tax:
MA residents are subject to 5% sales tax on all taxable purchases.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Jean-therapy.com is committed to our customer's satisfaction 100%.

1) Returns must be postmarked no more than 10 days after receipt.
2) We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, with original tags attached.
3) All sales items, undergarments and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and may not returned or exchanged.

Jean-therapy.com reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Original as well as return shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy only applies to items purchased at Jean-therapy.com. Items purchased at our Boston store must be returned within fourteen days (with original tags and receipt) for store credit only.

How To Return An Item
1. Email us your request for return to customer service shop@jean-therapy.com. We will issue you a Receipt Authorization (RA) number. Print this email and include it with your package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be online.

2. Ship your merchandise to the following address:

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. Jean Therapy must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, Jean Therapy cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Please note that Jean Therapy will not accept any packages that are sent COD.

4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
